A rainy morning walk, a dirty classroom floor, getting dumped into the corner after school: our products can handle just about all the slings and arrows of the average school day. On all 170-plus school days per year, year after year. Waterproof, easy-to-clean materials, a stable yet flexible design, and high-quality zipper pullers and straps all make sure of it.

What's inside

Every satch backpack is made of many different components, and they all have one thing in common: they’re chosen with care, emphasizing sustainability, durability, and robustness. What exactly does that mean? We only choose materials and components that meet certain criteria, for example the bluesign® standard. Our in-house materials and quality teams work in close cooperation, testing our materials for things like resilience, color-fastness, tear strength, and environmental impact.

What if something does break?

Repairing and replacing

Whenever possible, all satch products are designed to allow replacement of individual parts. We’ll be glad to send you replacement parts on request so that you won’t have to replace the whole product. Larger defects can also be repaired in our in-house workshop. And we always take your feedback into consideration to help us continuously improve our products.

The satch warranty

Guaranteed! We offer a two-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase on all of our satch bags and backpacks, covering materials as well as construction. But that’s not all! You can extend the warranty by an additional year online – it’s just a few clicks and a short online form away.
