Participation in the discount promotion run by FOND OF GmbH, Vitalisstr. 67, 50827 Cologne, Germany (“FOND OF”), and its implementation are governed by the following terms and conditions.
(1) All individuals aged 18 or older who are residents of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland are eligible to participate. Employees of FOND OF are excluded from participation.
(2) To validly participate in the discount promotion, the customer must follow these steps when ordering products:
(3) Add products with a total purchase value of at least 120EUR to the shopping cart on our website. Products already on sale are excluded from the promotion.
(4) From the automatically displayed selection of drinking bottles, choose one of your choice with a value of €17.99 (MSRP) and add it to the shopping cart. The choice of color is limited to the assortment available at the time of selection. There is no entitlement to a specific color, as the free gift is available only while supplies last.
(5) Completing the Order: The discount is automatically applied, so the selected drinking bottle, with a value of €17.99 (MSRP), is listed at €0 in the order summary and added to the order.
(6) Participation in the discount promotion is contingent upon placing a binding order through our online store on the website www.satch.com.
(7) The discount promotion runs from June 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. until July 21, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (“Promotion Period”).
(8) The discount promotion applies exclusively to orders placed during the promotional period. The discount cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed prior to the promotional period.
(9) For each order, the customer will receive only one free drinking bottle from the selection provided, even if multiple drinking bottles are added to the shopping cart.
(10) This discount promotion can be combined with other discount promotions or coupons.
(11) The discount cannot be paid out in cash.
(12) Individual products from promotions with free gifts, such as the “Free Drinking Bottle” promotion, cannot be returned separately; returns are only possible if the free gift is included. This applies to both the statutory right of withdrawal and the voluntarily granted right of return.
(13) In order to participate in the discount promotion, it is essential that all personal details are true, otherwise exclusion will result.
(14) Any violation of these terms and conditions entitles FOND OF to exclude the respective participants from the discount promotion.
(15) FOND OF collects, processes, and uses the personal data provided by participants when participating in the discount promotion (e.g., name, email address, postal address) provided by participants when taking part in the discount promotion exclusively for the purpose of executing the order and in accordance with the Satch privacy policy, available at https://www.satch.com/en-en/privacy-policy.
(16) FOND OF reserves the right to terminate the discount promotion in whole or in part at any time, even without observing deadlines, or to change it during its course if it is not possible to ensure the proper execution of the discount promotion for technical (e.g., computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software/hardware) or legal reasons.
(17) German law applies to all legal relationships between the parties, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
(18) Legal recourse is excluded.
