On all 170-plus school days per year, year after year. Waterproof, easy-to-clean materials, a stable yet flexible design, and high-quality zipper pullers and straps all make sure of it.

Every satch backpack is made up of many different components, all of which have one thing in common: they are carefully selected with a focus on durability and robustness. Our own materials team and our quality team work closely together, testing the materials for factors including load-bearing capacity, colourfastness and tear strength.

What if something does break?

Repairing and replacing

Whenever possible, all satch products are designed to allow replacement of individual parts. We’ll be glad to send you replacement parts on request so that you won’t have to replace the whole product. Larger defects can also be repaired in our in-house workshop. And we always take your feedback into consideration to help us continuously improve our products.

The satch warranty

Guaranteed! We offer a two-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase on all of our satch bags and backpacks, covering materials as well as construction. But that’s not all! You can extend the warranty by an additional year online – it’s just a few clicks and a short online form away.
