  • Possible without proof of purchase and outside the guarantee or warranty period
  • Send a photo of the broken part and your shipping address to info@satch.com .
  • If in stock, we'll send you the needed spare part by post free of charge.
  • Spare parts are sent via letter post with Deutsche Post, so there's no tracking number.
  • After dispatch, delivery takes approximately 5–6 working days.
