Fair Wear Foundation – Because responsibility demands high standards: with Fair Wear. We have been working with the non-profit organisation Fair Wear Foundation since 2016. Fair Wear is an initiative involving various stakeholders committed to strengthening workers' rights in global supply chains. Drawing on over 25 years' experience in the clothing, textile and footwear industries, they ensure that we make human rights due diligence an integral part of our day-to-day business practices – for example through comprehensive risk analysis influencing our purchasing decisions, or by revising our purchasing practices. For regular audits, training programmes and on-site grievance mechanisms, we draw on Fair Wear's local teams.
We regularly undergo Fair Wear Foundation audits and have repeatedly achieved the organisation's highest possible status: Fair Wear Leader.

All employees have at least one day off per week, and all statutory overtime regulations are followed.

Occupational safety, health protection and hygiene measures in the workplace are inspected and must be complied with.

Regular checks are carried out to ensure compliance with the legal minimum working age.

Together with our suppliers, we strive to continue improving wages so that workers can secure their livelihoods.

This includes, for example, workers’ right to band together and form unions in order to negotiate better wages.

No one must be disadvantaged in the workplace on the basis of their religion, their ethnicity, or the color of their skin.

Every employee receives a legal employment contract regulating their working relationship.

Nobody can be forced to perform a specific job.
